Junior Analyst
Flora is a Junior Analyst at Strop Insights with a strong foundation in research and data analysis. Originally from Dallas, Texas, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Business from the University of Oklahoma.
In previous roles, Flora developed her research skills through multiple academic and professional projects, where she worked on tasks such as qualitative coding, survey analysis, data organization, and reporting. These experiences sparked her passion for using data to improve organizational outcomes and sharpened her ability to identify meaningful patterns and insights.
At Strop Insights, Flora supports a range of client projects by synthesizing both qualitative and quantitative findings into actionable recommendations. She contributes to survey design and programming, builds presentation decks, and translates complex data into clear, digestible outputs. Flora brings curiosity, adaptability, and a human-centered lens to every research task. She is deeply committed to understanding each client’s unique goals and shaping her work to meet their specific needs.
Outside of work, Flora enjoys running, cooking, and immersing herself in theatre and the arts. She also speaks fluent Hungarian and enjoys connecting across cultures and disciplines.
