Lorenzo is a Senior Analyst at Strop Insights with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Industrial Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey. His professional expertise spans growth strategy, process optimization, and organizational design, shaped by years in strategy consulting and sharpened through running real businesses from the ground up.

He started as a Strategy Consultant at Auric Consulting, where he worked alongside senior executives across diverse industries to drive strategy and operational improvement projects from diagnosis through implementation. He later channeled that analytical foundation into management roles at Grupo Deco, overseeing multiple business units across financial services, health, membership programs, and customer retention strategies. That chapter gave him something consulting alone rarely does: the experience of not just recommending change, but owning the outcome. At Strop, he brings both sides of that equation to his work in data analysis, insight development, and strategic problem-solving.

Outside the office, Lorenzo is a dedicated chess player who competes over-the-board and takes the game seriously, though he'll admit you'd beat him easily with some opening prep. He also spends most weekends flying RC planes with his dad; a hobby that demands the same patience and precision he brings to everything else.
