Lydia Pechir

Lydia Pechir is a Junior Analyst at Strop Insights with a background in consulting and a degree in Biomedical Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey. With experience across strategy, commercial, and supply chain optimization projects, she brings a structured yet creative mindset to every engagement.

Before joining Strop, Lydia worked at Auric Consulting, where she led efforts in market research, inventory and productivity optimization, and roadmap development for financial services and loyalty strategies. Her work spanned diverse industries and involved designing methodologies, building automation tools, and delivering data-driven recommendations to drive efficiency and business growth.

At Strop Insights, Lydia primarily focuses on analyzing data and building reports that transform complex findings into clear, actionable insights. While she also supports survey design and programming, her core contributions lie in making sense of the results and turning them into clear, useful stories that help guide smart decisions. She’s known for her adaptability, problem-solving mindset, and passion for continuous learning. Lydia thrives in fast-paced environments and is especially drawn to projects where she can use data to solve complex business challenges.

Outside of work, Lydia enjoys playing padel, attending concerts, traveling, and exploring new cultures. She’s also passionate about personal development and enjoys spending time discovering new music.
