Ricardo brings over 15 years of strategic leadership experience from the technology sector, where he built his career driving growth at industry-leading companies including Microsoft, Google, and Indeed. 

Before joining Strop, Ricardo served as Vice President of Corporate Development at Indeed where he helped build and execute the company’s corporate strategy including M&A, partnerships, and investments. Through this work he led teams that executed end-to-end market research and business thesis development projects. 

At Strop Insights, Ricardo leverages his unique perspective as a former corporate executive to help clients navigate today's rapidly evolving business landscape. His hands-on experience building partnerships, analyzing market opportunities, and developing go-to-market strategies gives him an insider's understanding of how businesses actually make decisions and what insights they need to drive growth. Ricardo excels at connecting the dots between customer behavior data and business strategy, drawing from his track record of launching successful initiatives across multiple markets and industries.

Ricardo earned his MBA at Stanford University Graduate School of Business and also hold a B.S. in Economics from Instituto Tecnologico de Monterrey (I.T.E.S.M). Ricardo has consistently demonstrated his ability to translate complex market dynamics into actionable strategic insights.
