Steven joined Strop Insights in 2025, bringing over 30 years of experience in marketing, finance, and law.

Prior to Strop, Steven led global marketing teams at American Airlines focused on driving profitability through customer journeys and segmentation, product design and innovation, competitive positioning, branding, and loyalty. In addition, Steven contributed to the airline’s top-line revenue generation by leading cross-functional teams in e-commerce, revenue management, and finance.

Before American Airlines, Steven practiced as a corporate lawyer in New York City, Miami, and Kingston (Jamaica), with expertise in international banking and credit, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, and corporate governance.

At Strop, Steven combines his customer insights and understanding of financial and legal frameworks with Strop’s tested and proven research methodologies to help organizations of all sizes efficiently innovate and identify profitable, actionable, customer-focused strategies.

Steven earned his A.B. in Economics from Harvard College, his J.D. from Harvard Law School, and his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
